Quality Chiropractic Care

Don’t get rubbed the wrong way!

To practice chiropractics in the United States a doctor must first obtain a professional degree called a Doctors of Chiropractic (D.C.) or Chiropractic Physicians degree. Over the course of their education a chiropractor will complete six to seven years of college, including a minimum of 4,200 hours of class, lab and clinical experience. Following completion of their education chiropractors must pass an extensive set of exams and procure a license from the state they wish to practice in. Beyond that there are a number of advanced degrees that can be accumulated with additional schooling in areas such as orthopedics, radiology, neurology, rehabilitation, internal and sports medicine.
